Our Goal:
Our Spay/Neuter Voucher Program is designed to reduce the number of homeless and unwanted animals while keeping pets and people together. By providing financial assistance for spaying or neutering your cats, we help ensure that beloved pets can remain healthy, happy, and in their forever homes.
Qualified applicants receive vouchers that can be redeemed at participating veterinary clinics, covering essential procedures at no cost to you. LAPS will pay for:
