Please complete the form below and include a written profile, as well as 3 photos of your pet. After you submit the form, please click the “Pay Now” button below the form to complete the application. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible with more information.
"Major's Legacy" Info:
Major’s Legacy Fund is a lifeline for pet guardians facing financial challenges. If you are a low-income resident or experiencing homelessness and need medical care for your dog or cat, our fund can provide one-time financial assistance of up to $1500 to approved applicants.
LAPS Food Pantry:
The LAPS Pet Food Bank plays a crucial role in keeping pets and their families united during challenging times. We provide essential dog and cat food to pet owners facing financial hardships, preventing the heartbreaking necessity of surrendering beloved animals to shelters.
