Hi!
My name is Stella! I was born on April 25th 2023 and I'm a purebred Australian Shepherd. I'm a happy, and affectionate girl who loves making new friends, whether they have two legs or four. I do tend to bark at new friends at first, and do experience a little stranger danger mentality, but I warm up fast!
I have a fun, spunky personality and love being part of whatever my people are doing. I haven't had much experience with cats yet, and since I'm full of energy, I might be a little overwhelming when we first meet. With a slow introduction and a little patience I'm sure we'll become the best of friends.
I love running, swimming and exploring the outdoors. Once I'm in the water, it's hard to get me out! I enjoy taking in all the sights and smells on walks. Fetch isn't exactly my specialty...I'll happily chase the ball, but I can't promise I'll bring it back!
When it comes to treats, I'm not picky! I love pig ears from PetSmart, beef chew sticks, peanut butter, and pup cups. I don't have any food allergies, so I am always excited to try new snacks. If my human isn't paying attention, I might even sneak off with a raw potato. It's one of my guilty pleasures!
I have a teddy bear named Beat and my whale stuffy that goes everywhere with me. They're my favourite toys and always keep me company.
After a day of adventure, my favourite place is relaxing on the couch with my person. I especially love being spooned while we cuddle and watch TV. Just don't put on Ratatouille or any movie with animals... I get so excited because I want to make friends with everyone on the screen! I've learned that the bed is off-limits, but the couch is my favourite place to unwind.
I have lots of energy, but I also appreciate quiet moments with the people I love. Whether we're heading out on a big adventure or just spending time together at home, I'm happiest simply being by your side. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will make every day more fun, I just might be the perfect match. I can't wait to meet you!
