Nicole is a very smart girl with a strong ball drive and a deep love for hot dogs. She might make a great hobby-level sport dog and would enjoy trying fun activities like agility, disc, and scent-related sports. One of Nicole’s favorite things to do is jump onto things—benches, ramps, agility equipment—you name it!

Nicole appears to be house-trained, as she keeps her kennel very clean.  She enjoys being brushed and combed and will happily lean into you for snuggles as long as you let her.

While Nicole can be nervous in new situations or around unfamiliar people, she warms up quickly—especially if a ball is involved. She would thrive in a calmer, quieter home, such as on an acreage or a larger property with plenty of room to run around and play.

Other dogs can be overwhelming for Nicole, but a match may be possible with a social, similar-sized companion.

Nicole has been through a lot in her young life. She was running loose for many days before being brought into our care. Despite her striking good looks and impressive intelligence, Nicole has been with us for many months and is still waiting to find her forever family.

When she gets frustrated, she may jump up or use her mouth to communicate, so she is seeking a home without young children. Nicole will bark at doors, windows, and fences to let you know who’s coming—and whether she approves of them or not.

If you’ve got a good arm for throwing toys and a couch to cuddle on, Nicole just might be the girl you’ve been looking for.
