Meet Luka!
Luka is a fun-loving, energetic pup looking for a family ready to help him channel his enthusiasm into positive adventures. He is playful, affectionate, treat motivated, and loves spending time with his people.
This handsome boy enjoys carrying squeaky toys, exploring on walks, and engaging in games. He has shown that he can be social with other dogs when well matched and may enjoy having a canine companion. Luka is a smart pup who already knows cues like “sit” and responds well to positive reinforcement and treats.
Luka’s excitement can sometimes come out as jumping up or using his mouth to communicate. He has a soft mouth and does not mean any harm, but he will need a family committed to continuing his training, helping him keep his paws on the floor, and teaching him appropriate ways to show his excitement. Due to this behaviour Luka will need an adult only home, or a home with older kids.
Luka does not enjoy being left alone and can become anxious when separated from his people, so he would do best with a family who can help him build confidence and independence gradually. An active, patient home that can provide exercise, enrichment, and structure would be ideal.
